The city of Örebro is in fear. A violent serial rapist has been taunting the police for years, making women in the city afraid to walk outside alone. And now he seems to be escalating. On Sunday October 10th, 2010, three different attacks are reported. Two attempted rapes and in the third attack he managed to complete the rape. Why is he escalating now? And who is he?
