Marina Johansson went missing the night between July 27th and July 28th, 2010, and there were a lot of speculation on what might have happened to her.
Her boyfriend is suspected of murdering her, but there is no body. And when he is put on trial in August of 2010 he is found not guilty in court. But in April of 2012 Marinas body is found, and he is again tried for her murder, and this time he gets convicted. It’s almost never heard of that a person who is found not guilty in trial for a crime, then later gets convicted for the same crime.
But this is one of those rare cases.
